WELCOME GRAYSON KADE FOREMAN !!!!!!!

At exactly 5:08pm Friday evening (December 3, 2010) our new beautiful baby boy was born at Hermann Memorial Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas.  Been here since Thursday evening, and it's been pretty crazy and exhausting, but mom and baby are doing great.  Michelle is definitely hurting from her incision and swelling really bad, so we've been doing marathon laps around the birthing center.  I think we are supposed to be discharged tomorrow sometime.  Here's a pic of him:

Looks Like Today is the Day

Well, we are back at the hospital getting a urinalysis. Dr. said this morning that our best option is to have the C-Section today. So, we are officially on the docket for 5pm. the moment of truth is finally here!

I'm Tired of the Hospital Already

So, we've been to the hospital 3 times in the last week (twice in the past 2 days!), and I'm already sick of the hospital. Michelle's BP has been major elevated lately and keeps spiking up and down, up and down. Pretty ridiculous, but at least I know how to run the machines now in the triage rooms :). Only 2 more weeks of this, unless we get a positive on any of her blood, protein, liver, kidney, or baby non-stress tests. Then its off to the operating table.

Close call today.....

Well, we had a close call today.  Friday will be 32 weeks, and Michelle's been swelling a lot the last week.  This morning, her BP shot up drastically and she couldn't see anything, so they had to take her to the hospital.  Everything ended up ok after getting observed for over an hour, and I'm not sure what caused it.  We are home now resting, then back to the doctor tomorrow to see what he thinks.    Shawn

30 WKS! It's Getting Close!

Well, we had our newest 4D ultrasound on Thursday, and everything looked good :)  Apparently, Grayson is growing at 2 wks ahead of where he should be right now (3 lbs 13 oz), so looks like he's gonna be a big boy!  We tried to get good facial pics, but as usual, he was being stubborn and wouldn't move his hand out of the way.

Today, Michelle went to the OB, and he confirmed that everything is looking great :)

21 weeks

Well, tomorrow will be 21 weeks!  Michelle went to the Dr. on Tues and so far everything is going great :)  Grayson is starting to kick a lot.  I actually got to see it that evening, so Karleigh and I have been talking to him a lot now.  He must hear us, because he kicks back when we talk.  We almost have the front room cleaned out, so I can start painting and changing it around.

The next Dr. appointment is Sept. 2, so we will have more updates then.    Shawn

New Baby Update

Well, everyone knows the situation we went through with our baby last November.  I am happy to officially say that Michelle is now 18 wks pregnant as of today :)  We kept this hush hush till now, because of everything that happened last time, and because we haven't had any good ultrasound pictures until today.  We had our anatomy scan done today and got some good pics.  So, here are a few pics of our new little BOY!
